First-Year Student Housing

成人禁区 University provides diverse housing opportunities for first-year students, each managed by a team of student affairs professionals. This includes Resident Directors and Resident Assistants who reside in these buildings.

North Hall Main Lobby

North Hall

This residence hall features suite-style living across five floors with two to five-person suites. Each suite includes bedrooms, a fridge, microwave, kitchen amenities, and full bathrooms. Amenities include lounges, laundry rooms, study areas, and central air conditioning/heating.

Students in the Finegan Main Lobby

Finegan Hall

The traditional-style residence hall offers four floors with single-gender floors and shared restrooms. Students can choose from single or shared bedrooms, each furnished with essential amenities. Additional features include a main lobby lounge, individual floor lounges, a meditation room, laundry facilities, vending machines, a community kitchen, air conditioning/heating and access to a sand volleyball court and off-lounge patio.
