South Hall boasts four floors of single- and multi-student suites. The hall's 95 residents experience private bedrooms and bathrooms as well as shared living spaces.

West Hall is a traditional-style residence hall perfect for upper-level students seeking privacy at an affordable rate. Each room is single-occupancy, and has its own micro-fridge and vanity sink inside, and has wash rooms shared by those on living within each wing.

Freeman is perfectly located for the upper-level athlete or sports enthusiast, right next to McConnell Family Stadium.

Harborview Apartments

Harborview is a centrally-located co-ed building, accommodating groups of two through six in single-gender apartments. Conveniently located across the street from the Nash Library and Student Learning Commons.

Kenilworth Apartments

Kenilworth is a unique co-ed building, accommodating groups of two through four in single-gender apartments. The building is separated into four stacks in a U-shape surrounding a beautiful courtyard.

Lubiak Apartments

Lubiak is perfectly located for the upper-level athlete or sports enthusiast, across the street from McConnell Family Stadium and the Recreation and Wellness Center.

Walker Apartments

Walker is a small community right in the center of the action, directly across the street from all the events going on at the Waldron Campus Center, including the Highmark Events Center, one block from Perry Square and Downtown Erie.
