- Complete a baccalaureate degree from an accredited university or college
- Achieve a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale in undergraduate biology, chemistry, physics and mathematics courses
- Evidence of academic and personal potential, and a desire to enter one of the health professions
