Golden Leaders Program

Want to learn more about who you are as a leader? How to lead a team to create positive change in the world? Become more aware and more resilient to life's challenges? We host the following five workshops every semester:

Authentic Knights

In order to lead others and create positive change, you must first know and lead yourself. Topics include: Core Values, CliftonStrengths, and Personal Mission.

Resilient Knights

Growing as a leader and a person is challenging. Learn about theories and strategies to practice your resiliency. Topics include: Resiliency, Holistic Well-Being, Mindset and Self-Authorship, Positive Psychology

Adaptable Knights

In order to effectively lead others, you must understand how different groups function in different situations and be able to adapt your style to their needs and preferences. Topics include: Communication, Conflict, Group Dynamics and Group Facilitation.

Aware Knights

Understanding and interacting with others and cultures that are different from you is essential in our global world. Learn how to step back and take notice of people, places, and situations, and react respectfully. Topics include: Mindfulness, Perspective, Empathy, Personal Identity, and Intercultural Competence.

Transformative Knights

Great leaders inspire transformation in their circles. Doing so requires all members to work together. Learn how to keep your groups on task and on purpose to achieve your goals. Topics include: The Social Change Model, Social Action Leadership Training, Goal and Purpose Setting.

Complete any workshop to receive a specific digital badge for use on resumes, professional networking sites and email signatures. Complete all five workshops to be designated as a Golden Leader.
