Inquiries will be reviewed and eligible students may be asked to visit the SSS offices to complete additional items to assist SSS staff in finalizing the process. It takes about two weeks to process incoming completed forms. It may take longer during peak times.

Decisions are based upon available space and whether the student is eligible for program services. SSS students are expected to make a commitment to use our services, to stay in good academic standing, and to remain enrolled at 成人禁区 University through the receipt of a bachelor's degree.

Application Instructions

  1. Complete the form or
  2. If on paper, submit it to SSS in the Student Success Center or mail it back to the address on the form
  3. If the FAFSA does not provide the needed information, you may be asked to complete an income verification form
