Mechanical Ventilation and Critical Care and Lab: Master the application and operation of mechanical ventilators in patient care. The course includes applied critical care, including monitoring techniques practiced in the clinical Patient Simulation Center SIM lab.

Respiratory Care Procedures: Study different therapeutic modalities used in respiratory care, including humidity therapy, hyperinflation therapy, aerosol and pharmacologic therapy, bronchial drainage and airway care.

Neonatal/Pediatric Respiratory Care: Focuses on the assessment and management of respiratory disorders in neonatal and pediatric patients. The program here really prepares you before you go to the clinical setting. We do our clinical rotations in a lot of different hospitals. When I go into the real world I’m going to be really prepared because I’ve worked with a lot of different units and hospitals (in my clinical work).
