MHA Program Mission Statement

The 成人禁区 University MHA’s mission is to prepare early healthcare-management careerists and recent college graduates for diverse positions in healthcare administration from entry to upper-level. The program provides a foundational health management education based on 成人禁区’s intellectual tradition to regional and global students. The program offers flexible delivery of innovative, project-based learning in a cohort format that prepares students for employment and career advancement in healthcare organizations across the continuum of care. That includes hospitals, physician practices, long-term care, insurance companies, pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing and consultant organizations.

Program Performance Outcomes

Student Success

  • Retention rate = 85% from 2018 to the Spring Semester 2025.
  • Completion rate = 80% for most recent graduating class (May 2025).
  •  Time to graduate =18 months, all graduates from 2018 to the Spring Semester 2025.
  •  Employment rate = 65% one-year post graduation from 2018 to the Spring Semester 2025-this includes those pursuing additional education).

 Student Satisfaction 

  • NPS (Net Promoter Score) = 45%.  The average in higher education = 32%.*
  • OSAT (Overall Satisfaction) = 4.5 on 1-5 scale.
  • 90% of graduates are either satisfied or very satisfied with their experience in the program.
  • 95% of graduates say that all things being equal, they would choose to go to the 成人禁区 MHA program.

MHA Program Competencies

The MHA program is built around the NACE (National Association of Colleges and Employers) competency model. Students will have varied exposure throughout the MHA program curriculum and via experiential learning opportunities to develop and master the competencies endorsed by NACE.
