Cardio Classes

BODYCOMBAT

A high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 570 calories** in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.

Cardio Strength

A full body class will consist of aerobics and strength-based exercises to target major & minor muscles of the body. No experience required, just bring a great attitude, breathable clothes, and water.

Cycle

An energizing indoor cycling class that focuses on endurance, intervals, and high intensity to reach your fitness goals. No experience required and open to all levels.

Cycle Express

The same great cycle class you already know just wrapped into a 30-minute xpress class for those with limited time. Cycle Xpress will bring the intensity along with intervals and drills to give you an incredible cardio workout.

Cycle and Core

Love to cycle? Love core work? Why not combine the two?! This class will bring together cardio through cycle and strength training with core exercises to create a full body workout.

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training designed to get your heart rate up with the incorporation of cardio and strength training.

Interval Training

Welcome to pure cardio training. We’ll focus on increasing the heart rate and training the muscles to create speed, power, and endurance through interval training.

Step it Up

Get your body moving with this short cardio style fitness class. Step It Up will bring back aerobic foundational moves to get your heart rate up while having a blast in this class.

Zumba

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

Strength Classes

Body Pump

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation, and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Body Sculp

Non-aerobic, muscle-toning class, usually focused on whole body strength. Most sculpting classes use weight bars, exercise bands, dumbbells, or a combination. You perform traditional weight-training moves in a class setting. All fitness levels.

Core and More

This 30-minute class is designed to build core muscles to help improve posture and overall strength in the abdomen and back muscles through a variety of exercises.

Power Hour

Strength training-based class that will work to increase strength and train the muscles of the body through various movements, equipment, and intensities. No prior experience is required.

Rock Bottom

It's leg day! A strength and weight training class focused on strengthening the lower body.

Strength 30

This 30-minute strength class uses various pieces of equipment to target all major muscle groups for an incredible workout.

Mind Body Classes

Yoga

A mind-body workout that focuses on cinchonizing poses with one's breathing to develop strength and flexibility. Our mixed level classes move at a pace with various options and variations for all levels to explore and progress in a well-rounded, dynamic class. Whether you are new to Yoga or a more experienced participant, you will always find a class to fit your mood and practice.

Pool Classes

Water Aerobics

Work on muscle conditioning and cardiovascular endurance without placing too much stress on the joints in this water fitness class. Swim wear is required, but experience is not.
